Missed periods
I missed my periods from 2 months ...Last period date was-20th - 24th April,  had taken pregnancy test before 1 month which showed negative. So didn't try again...my doc is not in town ...I am married and trying to conceive...wanted to have a clarity on the reports...is it anywhere linked to cyst problem or is it something else..please suggest. Have attached today's scan report here below

First you repeat your UPT. If negative then it is bcoz of PCOS. Because in PCOS there is oligomenorrhoea

Please repeat urine pregnancy test . follow healthy lifestyle take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid oily spicy and sugery food do regular excercises brisk walk avoid stress will help you

Do a pregnancy test first And then management should be done basically by IVF SPECIALIST ALSO GET OTHER PANEL OF INVESTIGATION DONE TOO FOR IRREGULAR MENSTRUAL PERIOD like TSH PROLACTIN
