Asked for Female, 20 Years

I missed my periods for more than 2 months(last date-8 march). I took norethindrone with estradiol for 3 days and still did not got my periods. My several urine pregnancy tests are also negative. I have history of pcod and delayed periods. What can be possible reason for it?
