Asked for Female, 20 Years

I'm missing my periods for two months(LMP-8 march) and i'm suffering from PCOD from past one year. Even after taking norethindrone and estradiol i didn't got my periods after waiting for almost 15 days also several,i did many UTP tests at home by myself all were negative. Today(13 may) i visited doctor she gave me norethisterone for 3 days more and she again did a UTP which was also negative. Why i'm not getting periods with pills and negative pregnancy tests?
