Asked for Female, 21 Years

I’m living in turkey for summer with my fiancé, I had a period when I first arrive but haven’t had one since. It’s been nearly 3 months and I’ve done numerous pregnancy tests and they’ve all come back negative. My periods have never really been regular after the implant but I’ve never gone so long without one. Recently when I’ve had sex I’ve had a faint pain in the left bottom after of my stomache and also slightly bled after sex. It’s happened twice now and I’m becoming concerned
