  4. Missed periods. Problm in conceiving?

Missed periods
I m 22 yrs old & married, i got periods if i take medicines otherwise i missed my periods.my dr. has referred me for pelvic sonography & i hv done with it everything was normal in report..only central echo/endometrium is thin and measures 6.4mm.. plss guide me how i got my periods regular and widout med. is there will be any problm in conceiving??
