Asked for Female, 20 Years

I haven't missed my period in 6 months but I don't know why I missed it this month. I don't know what do to... I m getting cramps but I m not getting my periods.... The pain starts suddenly and I m not taking any of the painkillers. I m not sexually active.... My height is 4'11 and weight is 54kg. I m 20 years old.
