Missed Periods

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have missed my periods by 15 days. I have a history of irregular periods and high hormone level which sometimes resulted in very heavy periods or no periods for 2-3 months. But since now i have active sex life. I am worried. What should be the course of action from this point onward ?
