Asked for Female, 26 Years

I had unprotected sex last month nd this month I missed my periods which was due in 2nd. I took pregnancy test yesterday and found out to be positive. Can u please suggest will regrstrone tablet will work as an abortion pill? I starred taking it twice a day from today. And I got married last yr so this tablet will not affect my future pregnancy plans?
