I had sex on 25/11 and I was due for periods on 1/12. I have missed my periods by 18 days. I have tested for pregnancy on 16/12 and it was negative. Is the result reliable?

Yes the result is valid if you have done test properly as per the instructions. It's negative.the delayed periods could be due to hormonal changes or stress. Consult gynceologist as you may need to do sonography and blood tests
