Asked for Female, 23 Years

I Had sex on 20th jan took i-Pill soon after the sex. Within a week that is on 27th jan i had withdrawal bleeding. But since then no periods it almost 2 months i assumed that i was pregnant and ran 4 pregnancy test all showed negative results. Can i actually be pregnant?

Your pregnancy test are negative then confirm by Bhcg test if that is also coming negative means may be hypothyroidism or pcod problem then consult to doctor and get done these test.
