Asked for Female, 17 Years

I had protected sex but after this I missed my periods it's around two months and my periods not come yet. I already take pregnancy test 3 times but results are negative and I don't feel any symptoms of pregnancy. After this I consults gynecologist but I not share my problem exactly that I had sex . she give me M2 tone syrup is this work I am very confuse. and I am affraid to go hospital and share my problem . please give me any solution any medicine .
