  4. Missed periods. Is hcg contain urine?

I had periods on 24th agust but till now i did not get my periods now i had checked prega news to get confirmation on pregnancy its negative twice ...and we had given urine test to lab but not of morning urine but it also got negative but thier is hcg contain urine
