Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had my last sexual intercourse in Mov 2019. After that I had my periods in the month of Nov. In December also I had my periods but the flow of blood was comparatively less.. I have done 3 prega news home pregnancy test this week and all the results we negative. I have done ultrasound but no gestational sac was noted.. I had regestrone 5mg for 5 days and 2 times per day as advised by my doctor but still have not got my periods.. is there any chance I could be pregnant
