Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had my last period on 3rd March and it ended on 7th march .I had an unprotected intercourse on 8th march .Now after a month i missed my period on 3rd april.I had a urine pregnancy test today morning that is on 5th april but the result is negative .What can be the reason behind the delayed period now ?
