Asked for Female, 30 Years

I had both of my tubes taken out 2 years ago and now I have missed 2 periods. I am tired all the time, cramping and lots of lower back pain. What could be causing this?

Many times even after tubal ligation pregnancy can occur.. So if you are having these symptoms then do a urine pregnancy test by kit at home. If negative then consult a gynaecologist near you.
