Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had an ipiil after 24 hours of unprotected sex and I missed my periods this month. The next cycle is also going to start but there is no bleeding at all. I had bleeding after a week of having ipill but that just lasted for two days. Is the missed period because of pregnancy?
