Asked for Female, 24 Years

I got my last periods on September 26. I had some cramps after expected ovulation date. I also had the following symptoms from the next week: 1. Hunger 2.Fatigue 3. Diziness sometimes 4.vomitings 5.cramps 6. Back pain lower 7. Irritation 8.missed periods I took pregnancy test using pregakem kit on 7th day after missed period. What are these symptoms for? Should i retake the test? Can you suggest another pregnancy kit?
