Usually withdrawal bleed takes 3 to 4 days after stopping medication. But you can wait upto 10 days. Also get a ultrasound scan done to see your endometrial thickness and also to look for any ovarian cyst after which cause can be evaluated.

Hope you have taken Meprate twice a day for 5 days. You need to visit a gynaecologist for complete examination and few investigations.
