  4. Missed periods. What should i do now?

Missed periods
I delivered a baby boy on 13 Dec 2023 and I'm breastfeeding till now. I had urinary infection from 29 Dec 2023 to 06 jan 2024 and had high fever and chills. I got my periods on Jan 19. After that I got my cycle on 10th Apr, 8th May and 2nd June. I had protected sex and I have not got my cycle after 2nd June. I tested on 5th morning and pregnancy test is negative. I noticed blood discharge on 28th and 29th June. What should I do now?

Normal ,,, take pause 500 mg tab two times for three days after food .
