Asked for Female, 22 Years

I and my partner had sex 4 days before my regular periods in July and then got my periods in July month . This month(August and September) I am 13 days late. went to doctor she tested and it came negative in urine test and then she asked to take a ultrasound scan of pelvic region and it tells no evidence of focal myometrial and endometrial session seen and cervix appear normal ....Am I pregnant?
