Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hii Doc My periods are overdue by 5 days.I have a cycle of 23-25 days.Just at the time of expecting periods I have noticed pink spotting(just few drops) and nothing at all after that. Just after 3 days of missing periods I did home pregnancy test and it was clearly negative. Now I am having back ach and vaginal discharge of white and a bit thick and creamy than the usual one. Can u please suggest what could be the reason for this?? Any medicine should be taken or not? Thankz
