Missed periods

Asked for Female, 41 Years

Hi, my period cycle is 25 days. Last month 10 aug periods started but spotting observed until 14th day. Took covishield vaccine 2nd dose on 29 Aug. I have not yet got periods as of 23 sep i.e.41 days. Is it really necessary to take medicine to get the periods now or wait for natural periods. Thanks in advance.
