  4. Missed periods. So is it possible?

Hi... I have missed period .... but when ever I am taking pregnancy test it’s coming negative but after 4-5 hours it is coming positive so I am very confused.... secondly if at all I am pregnant I don’t want this baby so wanna get it Abort and wanna get laparoscopic tubectomy done at same time.... so is it possible?
