Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi, Recently me and girlfriend had unprotected sex and she missed her periods and it's past 4 days her due. Can she be pregnant? We have no plans of marrying for the next 2 years and hence not considering having a child before marriage. How do we medically abort it since it's still an early stage?
