Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello, I had my lmp on 10/jun/19 after that I've had very bad cramps near my due date. But i didn't start my periods yet. I got my bHCG blood test done which was 0.046mIU/ml. My lower abdomen is bloated and I am paranoid if I am pregnant. All at HPT were negative. My gynac gave me meprat 10mg for 5 days. Still didn't start my periods. I was involved in protected intercourse during the time of ovulation this month. Is there still any chance of pregnancy, though i got my blood and urine tested?
