Missed periods for 3 months
I haven't gotten my periods for 3 months now. The last time I was on my periods was in Mid April. Also at that time I had gotten a Thyroid test done where my level were somewhere around 6. On second consultation, I didn't take any medicines and lost weight due to irregular food habits as well. I joined office by June and still haven't gotten my periods. The first 3 weeks were a lot of partying and drinking. I gained weight again. I took a pregnancy test but that also turned out to be negative. I'm very confused as to what I should do now.

You need to start hormonal treatment for inducing bleeding and also consult a gynaecologist.
