Missed periods for 2months
Hello doctor I'm 28 years old mom of 4yr old kid I'm married for 5years Last year June my second baby got aborted due to absence of heart rate After that my periods were not regular I used to get once in two months this time no periods at all There is no weight gain I have taken a scan and a hormone test i have attached it Kindly let me know without a tablet can I achieve getting periods regularly
