Asked for Female, 22 Years

Date missed.Female, 22I am sexually active. I have missed my periods date this month. But after 1 2 days of my date i am experiencing brown clottings yesterday and from today a very light bleeding. I went for a urine pregnancy test today and the result is negative. When can i again for a urine pregnancy test for final accuracy? How many days after? And i had my periods last 24th july, so if i get to know that i am pregnant after 4-6 days, then will there be a chance of oral abortion? Please answer all my questions. Need help. In huge mess.
