Hi, I took siphene 100mg to conceive this month with glyciphage n drome x I missed my periods for 8days late, I m getting pain in my pelvic n anus everyday.. Home test done after 7days of missed periods, and it is negative.. I m confused, I m pregnant r I'll get periods after ten days, plz help

If u hv regular periods...around 28-32with urine with urine test positive..then get further testing done..
