Missed periods by 6 days
We are planning for a child since a year now. Last month I got periods on 7th June. I have fairly regular 30 days cycle so was expecting periods on 7th July. It's been 6 days haven't got it yet. I did take home pregnancy test on 3rd day i.e on 10th but it came negative. There are no signs of periods or pregnancy. Should I take another test in next few days to confirm? Even with PCOD, I never have missed any cycle so far, so not able to understand is it because of conception but low HCG levels that the test came negative or its just delayed periods. 6 months back I got my progressive scans done and ovulation was confirmed on 20th day of cycle.
