Missed periods but negative pregnancy te

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have had sex with a guy but we didn't go much further as it was hurting a lot so I asked him to stop.My periods which were about to come on 7th of this month are delayed. I took pregnancy tests twice and it came negative both times but i haven't got my periods yet. I'm scared what could be the reason behind it?
