I am breastfeeding mom of 10months old ..periods were due on 23july .. tested pregnancy twice with the gap of week.. r dese test reliable? Wat if i am vng deficiency? Does it somehow harming my kid?

Breast feeding mom generally has anovulatory cycles and high prolactin levels due to which pregnancy is not possible ,but it's not so in all cases hence get a betahcg blood pregnancy test done to clear doubts.
