Missed periods Beta HCG 3.60

Question

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Today is 36th day since my LMP and serum beta HCG is 3.60 already had 2 missed abortion and 2 chemical pregnancy losses. AMH: 3.17, TSH normal genetic testing of both of us was normal ACLA, APLA all normal usually have a cycle of 28 days worried. Kindly help

It means pregnancy is negative … wait for 3 to 4 days if periods don’t come then get a consultation for medicines for withdrawal bleeding and treatment for repeated abortions
