  4. Missed periods. Me what happened to me?

Missed periods
  I got periods on october 23. I got spotting on november 20. Then in december I didn't get my periods. I am getting areola and erected nipples. I am getting white sticky vaginal discharge. I am lower abdominal pain. I am getting pain in my breasts. Can you tell me what happened to me?
