Missed period without any relation
My 12 yrs old daughter is recently got period first time before 4 months. Then she got period continuously 15-20 days gap and now she missed period approx one month. What's the problem behind that pls suggest some medicine to get instant period.

There is no need of Medicine right now, irregular Periods are common in menarche, She need nutritious diet. It may also be due to Anemia or Iron deficiency. Go For investigation - Complete haemogram and Iron profile.
Next Steps
If iron deficiency then give her Iron containing foods and iron supplements.

Encourage her to regular exercise except during periods.
