Missed period with negative Hpt.

Hello doctors. Me and my gf made out on december 5.there was no "intercourse". but there was a situation where after i removed my condom i touched my penis which had little pre cum on it and after 5mins i fingered her. I was worried regarding this so we did a Home pregnancy test 2 weeks later and the RESULT WAS NEGATIVE. She gets her periods for 4 days maximum and it delays at times. She dint get her periods which was due on december 26th, So 2 days after missed period we did the Home Pregnancy test and THE RESULT WAS NEGATIVE so 7 days after missed period we again did the HOME PREGNANCY TEST USING VELOCIT PREGNANCY KIT AND THE RESULT WAS NEGATIVE. Today is 4th of jan and she still has not got her periods. Is she pregnant? Or is it Harmonal imbalance? Please help me doctor.
