I have missed my period and also im getting a little white discharge when i press my nipples.

When did you get last menstrual period.Have you crossed the due date.If yes do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Blood is Bhcg and it is confirmatory test.If result is negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting to gynaecologist.
