Missed period nonpregnant
Hello..i m getting regular periods suddenly missed period on november 27.im trying to conceive it has been 4years.but i have done hcg urine test 2 times on 30th nov and 7th December but it shows negative.i have done serum hcg which is 0.1. Still i dint get period.im in a confusion whether im pregnant or not.i m having unsual headaches,vomiting sensation ,bloating.my thyroid is in control.kindly suggest do i need to wait n retest again or wait till period comes by its own.
