Missed Period
My wife missed her period this month, we got the pregnancy test done three times( the last one after 45 days since her last period). All 3 tests were negative. Pls advice on what to do

Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness
Get thyroid test , Prolactin test, Serum LH and FSH done empty stomach tomorrow morning

helloo , dear if you want to be sure for pregnancy please do a blood pregnancy test. its a beta hcg test. n then tell me the result .
