Missed period
My wife missed her period on 28th July according to actual cycle. She had been operated for bilateral abdominal tubectomy 8yrs back. This is 7th day after missing and took pregnancy test. It came negative. Pls suggest why the periods could be missed
Note: we had sex after missing period cycle.

Watch for any pain abdomen and giddiness . If any problems like this please get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and to rule out ectopic pregnancy

Nothing to worry it happens sometimes ,just wait for one more week ,if she still dint get her period then do urine pregnacy test ,chance of pregnacy after tubectmy is very less and it’s been 10 years chances are still more less

If she don’t get periods after 1week and upt negative consult me i l suggest few tablets for withdrawal bleeding
