  4. Missed period. Or something else?

Missed period
My period in last month was 14th July I missed my period .my cycle is 35 days regular.yesterday I saw little bit pinkish red blood in mucus after that nothing I took home pregncy test also it was negative. 3 days back I had a headache and nausea .15 days back I had a vaginal itching now I am feeling good .am I pregnant or something else?
