Missed period

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My last period is on 2nd Nov. We always have unprotected sex. But home test is negative even I checked on 3rd Feb. In sonography doctor is hopeful as my endometrium is 7mm. I feel little pain near waistline. So am I pregnant or infertility or any other problem. My periods cycle is irregular or 45 days. What should I do.
