My first day of my last period was on 10th of march, i got intimate between 16th to 20th, got an Ipill right after.
according to health app i was ovulating between 24th to 30th,
but from 27th to 29th i got brownish spotting, not exactly spotting but on the heavier side, it filled my menstrual cup 2 times.
I've missed my periods by 6 days if i calculate according to 27th.
But i am scared because if I calculate it from 10th I'm late by 23 days.
I took 4 home pregnancy tests in 1 week all negative.
Cramps and symptoms are so confusing.
There is breast muscle pain but no sensitivity whatsoever in nipples.
Should i do more pregnancy tests or should i get myself checked? What could be the reason?

As pregnancy test is negative recently, there is no Possibility of pregnancy. Delay could be because of Ipill .wait for few more days, if no period take consultation and discuss.
As you have done the pregnancy tests ,u are not pregnant. Emergency pills cause delay in periods. U can again do UPT and connect for prescription to get periods
