Missed period. To conceive quickly.

May month 2 nd round clomid cycle- 2 eggs are matured, left ovary 24mm and right ovary 20 mm no hcg done now i am getting missed period for 51 days,  stomach bloated with mild pain and daily white discharge with light itching this symptoms only i noticed but my pregnancy test negative .my gynaec advised me to wait for one week other wise we prescribed duphaston , is this any possiblity to turn positive result, first cycle only hcg done and 2 follicles ruputred 26mm and 24mm but pregnancy not happen.i have hypothyroidsm TSH 5. If i get my period Can i do third cycle or not....my periods are regular Jan2020 i got married and i experienced one misscarriage. after misscarriage, i have late periods for 5 months, then my doctor prescribed aloes compound tablets then my periods are come to regular for 32-33 days every month . Which treatment is better for my condition to conceive quickly.
