Missed period late for 3 to 4days

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi I have been living with my husband since Aug 2017. Last time I had my period on 4th Dec midnight started and my cycle is 26 to 27 days. My expected period was on 2nd Jan and now it's 5th Jan still not started. It has never happened with me that my period starts so late...this is first time and now I think may be I am expecting but not sure BCS I have not tested as I have never done and I don't know how and when to do test at home. my husband and me are not ready for this we want to prevent pregnancy . So please suggest what to do which medicine I should take to prevent.
