Missed period last month

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I missed my period last month. I previously had irregular periods and took a blood test. I had acute thyroiditis. After medication for a month.. my periods were normal for about 2 months. Now again I missed my period. I took the test for TSH and free T4. They were normal. I'm not pregnant. I am a 21 year old female. Non smoker and non alcoholic.
