Im 3 days late on my period, i took 3 pregnancy tests and they all said negative (im not trying to get pregnant).

Wait for one more week and repeat the test again !! In case it's not positive then consult a gynaecologist to put u on pills to get your periods!! Meanwhile get urself evaluated as to y periods got delayed! !
