  4. Missed period. Or do i need to worry?

I missed my period last month August 21 2017 until now but i'm not yet taking Pregnancy Test. I'm worried because i had an ectopic pregnancy last 10 months. I think i'm 4 weeks pregnant but i dont have any spotting is it normal or do i need to worry?
