  4. Missed period. Help me out this problem.

I missed my period in this month..my last LMP was 17-08-2017 and today I self check UPT is negative. I don't want pregnancy..my period cycle was regular date to date...I have pain in my lower back & some time feeling un easyness ...pls help me out this problem.
