Beta hcg appears in blood 14 days after conception. That beta hcg is excreted in urine, and that we are detecting by pregnancy test. As you did on March 21 st, assume if fertilization had taken place on the same day, beta hcg should have appeared in urine after April 4th. Even if you wait for 1wk extra, that means on 11th that is negative. So you are safe.
